The Public Safety Committee is made up of members from all the emergency services in the community along with interested community members. It is charged with reviewing practices and recommending changes in coordination of emergency services to their respective units and the Town Board as appropriate. It reviews the existing building codes as they relate to emergency services and will make recommendations for changes that will become part of the approval process. It will look for funding sources to underwrite joint activities that further improve the provision of services to the town.
