Design Guideline Online Survey
If you missed the Design Guideline Workshop you may complete the survey by printing the IAS Rating Sheet (Image Assessment Sheet) and viewing the corresponding slides from the presentation below. Each slide is marked with a number that corresponds with the rating sheet.
Please rate each image on a scale of ‘-3’ to ‘+3’ according to how the image makes you feel, Positive (Strongly Like) or Negative (Strongly Dislike). Rate each image twice, once in the left column for Main Avenue and then again in the right column for Route 4. Use the notes column to jot down thoughts about why you rated the image as you did.
All completed rating sheets must submitted to North Greenbush Town Hall located at 2 Douglas Street Wynantskill, NY 12198 by 4:00 PM, November 7th.
If you have any questions, please contact Michael Masone, Design Guidelines Chairman at (518) 283-5313 or Nicole Allen, Laberge Group at (518) 458-7112.
